The B Family // Mini Session

You saw a photo from this mini session in my September Recap post, but I wanted to share more today!

I had the opportunity in September to shoot a mini session alongside Carissa Christine, who did our wedding photos several years ago! Carissa and I have met a few times in the past year to chat about photography – the business side of it, the photo shoots, editing, and more. It has been such a neat experience – I’m so glad I reached out to her!

Doing this mini session with Carissa was a blast! We took photos of my friend Jordan and her sweet family on a warm mid-September evening. It is just so much fun to capture families, I’ve learned, because little ones grow up so quickly. Every season truly is a special, unique, beautiful season.

I was so grateful to have the chance to learn more about photographing families with Carissa. It gave me some great experience and it was a lot of fun, too! Plus, aren’t they just the cutest family you’ve seen?!
