Spring Shoot-Out

My brother Tyler came down and stayed with us last weekend. It was great to spend time with him – he’s a busy college student so it’s always nice when a window of time surfaces for us to get together! Growing up near The Cities, I didn’t have much exposure to (or opportunities to learn about) shooting. Everything I know about guns, I learned from my husband! Since Ty really enjoyed shooting with Bjorn before, they spent a good part of Saturday afternoon outdoors with a gun in hand! I came along and got some fun shots of my own in…camera-wise 🙂 So, here’s a peek into what it looks like to go shooting in the country:

It was so fun to see these brothers-in-law in action! 🙂 We don’t go shooting much, but they sure had a blast! What activities do you like to do with family?

    1. 🙂 It is pretty great seeing the two of them enjoying time together! And don’t worry, I grew up in the suburbs and I’m still relatively squeamish myself! You’re right, though – it made for a fun, manly, yet still safe day! 😉

  1. Wow….that’s a pretty awesome collection of weapons….I’m jealous. Those are some great shots/photographs too. If that’s your home property….I’m jealous. LOL (But seriously….I would love to live in the country). Have a Happy Spring!!!

    1. 🙂 My husband loves his guns! Thanks, Wen! It’s actually a family member’s farm, as we don’t yet have our own farm place. Sure is fun to hang out there though!
