Our 2016 Christmas Cards From Minted (+ a $250 giveaway!)
Good morning, friends! Yes, it’s still November, but in the spirit of planning ahead…it is most definitely time to think about holiday cards!
I am so excited to be sharing our 2016 Christmas cards with you today!
Bjorn and I love sending out holiday cards each year. (You heard even more of our background on this HERE, plus reasons why you should consider sending out your own!)
Saying I love sending out holiday cards is kind of an understatement for me! Not only is it a unique, fun way to journal and reflect back on the last 12 months, but it’s the perfect way to stay in touch with loved ones!
Sending holiday cards is always a blast, but what also brings us joy is receiving them! One of my favorite parts of the holiday season each year is when the Christmas cards start to arrive in the mail from our relatives and friends. It is just so heartwarming to open up an envelope and see dear faces smiling up at you, wishing you a happy holiday season! And when there is a letter enclosed with the card, well, that’s even more special!
Each year, we like to hang up the Christmas cards we receive on a big white closet door in our kitchen; it’s the perfect place because for us, the kitchen is the heart of the home, so we’re often spending time there. And this way, we’re constantly reminded of this beautiful network of people we’ve met, people we’ve been friends with for years, and dear family members! How do you like to display the Christmas cards you receive?
I am thrilled to have Christmas cards from Minted this year! Minted.com has a special place in my heart, since my husband and I ordered not only our save-the-dates, but also our wedding invitations from this lovely company! We have been extremely pleased with all of our final products each time. Minted does not disappoint.
As you know, I only promote companies I truly like, and I am a huge fan of Minted! Their commitment to fun designs and classy, high-quality materials really makes a difference in the final products! You can tell when your Minted cards arrive that they are high quality.
Bjorn and I chose a photo from our Europe trip this summer for our card this year. It’s not often that one gets to travel around Europe, so this past summer was a special opportunity! Specifically, the photo we decided on was taken (by a stranger!) at a bridge in Paris. It was raining lightly right then, but when we passed the bridge with all of the locks on it, we knew we had to pay for a lock of our own! Locking our love away on that bridge in Paris will always be one of my favorite memories with my husband!
