Boy, it’s been quite the year since last March, right? Today I’m turning my mind to hopeful, happy things. And I have something fun to share with you!
Even though it’s not officially spring yet, and even though March in Minnesota can feel like a full-fledged winter month, I’m filled with hope today. It helps that it’s a sunny day here. 🙂 March is a month I always look forward to. My husband Bjorn and I were married in March (7 years ago!) so it’s full of happy memories, and I feel like the month just perches on the cusp of spring and all that there is to look forward to in the warmer months! (Anticipation itself is a beautiful, powerful thing, isn’t it? Thank you, Lord, for the changing seasons!)
I know that the first day of spring isn’t for a couple of weeks, but I’ve actually been working on something spring-related for you! 🙂 I’ve been carefully curating a spring Spotify playlist! It’s called “Bloom” and it seriously makes me so happy. (I first created this a long time ago, but lately I’ve resurrected it again and I’ve been tweaking it and adding so much more to it!)
If you’ve followed along with me for a while, then you know I love my “Peaceful Evening” Spotify playlist . It’s my go-to music for creating a cozy, relaxing atmosphere…any time of the day, actually! If you like that style of music, then I think you’ll love the music on my “Bloom” playlist as well! This spring playlist is a bit more upbeat and cheerful, while still being the kind of peaceful and introspective music I’m drawn to. I’m so excited for you to hear it! I wish I could sit down with each and every one of you at a coffee shop, but in lieu of that, let’s just pretend I’ve burned you a CD, okay? Like the good ol’ days. 🙂
